Theresa Sarjeant

For the past 12 years Theresa has been photographing work for a talented mix of Sydney artists.
Around five years ago Theresa participated in a Canon photography challenge and started experimenting more seriously with her own images, from there on, nothing could hold back her creative output.

Theresa loves random shapes, likened to a ‘symphony of light’.
This is something Theresa consistently  achieves with her work – Theresa is  creating random shapes and it’s the randomness of the light falling on the fabric that hopefully captures something beautiful.

Theresa uses light boxes behind each piece to achieve a 3D effect.
This backlighting helps to provide more depth, something a paper print cannot achieve.
